Co-created with Sylvie Lefranc, an expert in facial yoga, La Gym Beauté SOS Fatigue is a combination of maneuvers dedicated to the My Payot Super Energizing Eye treatment. Decongesting, draining and smoothing, these maneuvers blur the signs of fatigue, awaken and refresh the eyes.

With the ring fingers, apply the product to the eye contour area with small tapping motions on the dark circles from the inside to the temples and the upper eyelid from the temples to the inside. Repeat the tapping with the 4 fingers (index, middle, ring and little fingers) 2 times.

Press on the acupressure points on specific meridian points to activate the drainage. At each pressure take a deep breath and then press for 3 seconds.

Bladder meridian :

- pressure on the inner corners of the eyes - option 1 (with index fingers)
 - pressure on the head of the eyebrows - option 2 (with thumbs)

Gallbladder meridian: pressure on the outer corners of the eyes (with index fingers)

Stomach meridian: pressure in the middle of the cheekbones (with index fingers)

Place the fingers of both hands at the left temple and aim to gently stretch the tissue by letting the fingers of both hands move apart, specifically targeting each of the expression lines.

Repeat on the right side.
