Drink water regularly. The blood and lymph become more fluid, accumulated toxins are properly flushed out, and we feel more energetic overall. Fluids make up the majority of our body, and water, while ensuring proper hydration of the body, also helps hydrate the skin. It's best to drink water between meals to avoid disrupting digestion; half a glass of water with a meal is enough, and it's best to wait at least 30 minutes after the meal before having more.
