This yogi and young mother founded Les Amazones Parisiennes, a women's yoga circle in Paris. A natural beauty living a true city life, Caroline shares her tips for staying beautiful and fresh.

How long have you been practicing yoga and how did you discover it?


I've been practicing yoga for over 5 years. I discovered this practice while studying Ayurveda. I've never stopped practicing it since.

There are different "forms" of yoga, which one is your favorite and why?


There are as many types of yoga as there are teachers who teach it. For my personal practice, I prefer a yoga inspired by dance movements and martial arts. For beginners, I always recommend Hatha Yoga to help them get their bearings and learn proper alignments. The challenge is then to be able to move beyond the rigid structure of yoga and toward greater fluidity.

Who are you? siennes is a group made up of several women who advocate returning to oneself through numerous disciplines such as yoga and meditation.

Upon returning from their travels, they share their knowledge and rituals, the goal being to promote self-esteem and the awakening of inner beauty. They set up introductory workshops on various themes and invite the most adventurous to follow them to the four corners of the world, for example, during yoga retreats.

What are the benefits of yoga for the body for you?

Yoga allows the body to oxygenate, strengthen muscles, and blossom within itself. It is a path to balance, harmony, and serenity.

Let's say it's a little different because the day is punctuated by bursts of laughter and unexpected disasters.


Did you inherit a beauty tip from your mother or grandmother?

I use the Konjac stone to gently exfoliate my face.
