First of all, we recommend following this little beauty ritual twice a day. Every morning, you wake up with your face still numb from sleep; every evening, you release the muscle tension accumulated during the day. You can also practice it throughout the day, anywhere, anytime: at the office, on the subway, in the car, etc. The key? Radiant, fresh skin at any time of day.

Before you begin

1. Remove all makeup from your face before applying a serum and then a facial treatment, day or night cream.

2. Sit comfortably in your favorite chair or armchair. The key is to sit upright, with your feet flat on the floor, and your head held clear.

3. Lower your shoulders, stretch as if under a height chart, take a deep breath and let's go!

1. Start by smoothing out the fine lines around your lips. To do this, create a horizontal, rectangular mouth and lengthen it by blowing. Be careful not to squint or tense your jaw.

2. Erase crow's feet and unsightly bags under the eyes. It's simple: open your eyes wide and exhale without wrinkling your forehead.

3. Smooth out the wrinkles on your forehead. Open your mouth, inhale, and lower your eyebrows without lowering your neck.

4. Plump up forehead wrinkles. To do this, imitate a cat's paws by using the pads of your four fingers to start from the forehead and slide towards the temples while exhaling.

5. Smooth out the frown line. Use the butterfly technique: grab the head of the eyebrow between your thumb and index finger and slide it outward toward the outside of the eyebrow before moving your thumb apart to smooth out the crow's feet.

6. We erase the jowls and smooth the chin. We loosen our lips, press the tip of our tongue against the roof of our mouths behind our teeth while blowing. In short, we become a snake.

7. Tone the eye area. Let's play the owl. Place your fingers on your eyebrows and the tops of your cheekbones. Keep your eyes wide open, then close them while blowing.

8. Smooth out bitterness wrinkles with the tortoise. It's quite simple: inhale and pull your lips back, pushing your lower jaw forward to stretch the skin of your chin while blowing well.

9. Plump up the lip contour by imitating Bubulle the goldfish. Inhale and shape your mouth into a vertical oval, trying to open it as wide as possible while blowing.
