Run the smooth part of the roller under hot water to boost its draining effectiveness, then:
Under the right ear, and slide along the vertical part of the lower jaw. Place it back under the right ear and slide down the vertical along the neck to the collarbone. X2
In the middle of the chin and gently move it up along the oval of the face, following the lower jaw to the right ear. X2
Next to the mouth, outside the corner of the mouth. Making sure to go under the cheekbone, slide the roller from the mouth towards the ear. X2
Next to the nose on the cheekbone and slide the roller from the nostril towards the ear. X2
On the closed right eyelid, near the inner corner of the eye, and gently slide from the inner corner of the eye towards the temple. X2
In the middle of the forehead and roll from the middle of the forehead towards the temple then, go down vertically along the side of the face on the temple and go down to under the ear then along the neck to the collarbone. X2
