Separate the two socks and insert your clean, dry foot into the centre of the sock between the two layers of non-woven fabric. Remove the paper film from the tab and fold it around the ankle to secure the sock. Leave on for 15 minutes. Gently massage in any excess product. Single-use only – dispose of after application.
