This cream is extra rich and I agree that in some case can calm irritated skin; however as this is made out of mineral oil (in fact this is the main composite of this cream and is on the first place in ingredient list) it is very bad for your skin in terms of clogging pores and overall irritation in longer term. Cream smells ok (not pleasant nor unpleasant) but the consistency is not suitable for someone with tendency to pore clogging. I used this after showing and it made my skin calm for a moment but spots appears right after.. Would not repurchase this as calming creams in my opinion should not be made of mineral oil (oil) !
