Where do you ship?

Our e-shop delivers to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg.

Shipping fees & delay 

Please count on between 24 and 48 working hours* for the preparation of your order. We will confirm the shipment of your order and provide you with your tracking number by email. 

We offer two delivery options : 

- Standard Colissimo - 2 to 3 days ** | 5,90€, FREE for orders over €60

- Express Chronopost - 24 to 45 hours** | 12,60€

* Preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods.

** Delivery times are expressed in working days. They depend on the delivery zone and may take up to one additional day.  

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept credit cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Bancontact via the secure payment system Stripe, PayPal and Payot gift cards.

How do I apply a promotional code or a Payot gift card? 

If you have a promotional offer or a Payot gift card, you can enter your code in the promo code section of your cart.

How can I receive samples with my order?

To receive a selection of samples with your order, check the box “I wish to receive samples” in your cart.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is complete, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you don’t wish to keep your products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal.

What are the return conditions?

We accept returns of your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. Products must be in perfect condition, unopened,and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your charge.

If your return doesn’t respect the return conditions, we won’t be able to refund you.

How to proceed with returns?

You can return your products to the following address: PAYOT Service Clients - 40/52 Boulevard du Parc, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we’ll not accept any claims. 

To identify your package easily, please enclose your order number and contact details. 

Upon receipt of your package, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

Are your products made in France?

We develop our formulas in our laboratory in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Our products are then manufactured and packaged at our production site in Saumur. 

Are Payort products certified organic?

Our new products are at the heart of Payot’s Clean Beauty approach: reduced formulas, no controversial ingredients and a high percentage of natural ingredients. We favor organic ingredients whenever possible.

Are Payot products tested on animals?

Our products are developed in compliance with ethical standards and European legislation. They are not tested on animals and are cruelty-free.

Are the packages recyclable?

Yes, our packages are recyclable.

Since 2023, all our packages are made of 100% recycled paper and over 75% of our packaging materials are recyclable. Find recycling instructions on all our packaging.
